My love is Champagne, or Prosecco, I have even found some Sparkling Wines to have that taste to enjoy. But Champagne always comes to my door. My book Sex Indifferent Wine & Cake, has some tasty Champagnes, Prosecco's, and Wines. This is where I start my journey. Sitting in a small house in France, the mountains are the most beautiful, and the views be it any season of the year bring a glow to the heart, and soul. So let the journey begin, a new page, a new beginning.
Canard-Duchene Rose
Canard-Duchene Rose' Champagne. Here we start with a Champagne that not so well known. I have tasted the best, and this is one of the best Champagnes that has had the pleasure of being in my company. This Champagne is a blend of Pinot noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. I have placed him on the Gentlemen list, as I do see the Champagnes & Wines as the man. This Champagne comes with bubbles that last until the bottle has been finished. In my book he is Chapter thirteen.
To start with take your time, nice, and slow, savor that taste, as the more you savor the better it is. The House of this Champagne is Maison de Fondee. In the heart of the French Vineyards. Being founded in 1868, the more you know about the Champagne, the better it becomes. Every 15 seconds a bottle of this Champagne is opened for the French to enjoy. This bottle as the Gentleman is a man of resources, having the luxury of money in bubbles to prove himself. He is not only a bubble in the world of fizz, he is delicate, feminine, and has a distinctive elegance, his style is a joy to enjoy.
To look at him is a delight, with his delicate, pinkish hue, and magnificent pearled ribbon. The Canard-Duchene Rose' stood tall with his intense, fresh fruit aromas of strawberries, and raspberries, against the back-drop of mineral notes for his enhanced freshness. He is a gentleman of persuasion, and he certainly has a refined perfection. I enjoyed this Champagne with a plate of Macaroons. For me it has a five star quality aroma, taste, and is just beautiful. As a moment of understanding the Canard-Duchene Champagne came together in a blissful taste with the French Macaroons.

Champagne Veuve-Clicquot
Having just come back from a Cruise, I did take a bottle of Champagne with me, but due to bad weather the day I had chosen to enjoy my Champagne was a day of a Topsy falling over day, not a Tipsy falling over day. So a family get together gave me the joy of my Champagne. My choice from my book. "Sex Indifferent; Wine & Cake" is as follows. Wedding Cake & Pink Champagne. We all love Wedding Cake, and Pink Champagne. Together it's a delight. Chapter Fifteen gives the delights of the joy of tasting. I have placed taster cakes on this page, as you are all individuals, and the choice is yours. The next Champagne has to be of the Crystal variety, we will see.
Champagne Oudinot Rose
At the top of the page is Champagne Veuve-Clicquot; This is a regal Champagne, under Madam Clicquot Maison, the daughter of Baron Nicolas Ponsardin. Madam Clicquot produced fine Champagnes, the Champagne Veuve Clicquot is the finest, la Maison et Vignoble enjoy watching the harvest ripen in the indifferent weather. The range of Champagnes are defined in the pleasures, the aroma, the taste makes this Champagne delightful, and elegant. The blends of the fresh red fruits to taste, then the aroma of the fresh red fruits, the biscuit notes of dried fruit, and to top it all the aroma of the Viennese pastries, making this Champagne so delightful to drink.
The Colours are luminous, with copper hues. Together in all their richness, it brings the look, aroma, and taste of the unique Champagne, especially the Rose'. The Mixtures with the blends are of Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. To compliment the Champagne Vueve-Cliquot is the richness of the Fruit Wedding Cake, coming together in a divine combination of fruits. The lasting marriage of the fullness, and in both the variety of mind, soul, and body, they team up for life, and life is about them. Fruit Wedding Cake; This cake has a richness of the fruits, deliciously moist, fragrant, and in a succulent way coming together in fineness, as a rich wedding cake should, covered with the beautiful white icing, each slice brings forward a mouthful of pleasure, rich, full, and expensive.
Taking the first taste, the first mouthful of the all Butter Wedding Cake, the melt in your mouth succulent butter sponge, giving into the rich, moist, and yellowness of the cake, making this cake so delicious, the white icing finishes this cake divinely. Together with the Champagne Oudinot Rose, you will come to an understanding how they team up as a couple, finding the solution for the wedding between the two tastes was a magical moment for me. The Champagne Oudinot Rose; Is a dazzling taste of strawberries, and redcurrants, married to the flavours of fresh raspberries, and a decadent, creamy fizz. A drop of Red Pinot Noir provides the vibrant colour, and flavour.

Painted in white the Gazebo came together with the pink, red, white, and gold roses which were threaded around the Gazebo. The honeysuckle dawned the front of the Wedding area, and a slight bouquet gave the ceremony the ambience of the moment. Each row of Chairs had their own roses in red, pink, white, and gold. Allowing the honeysuckle to trail through, the scene was set, the friends were ready.

All Butter Cake was soon joined by her soon to be husband Mr Oudinot Rose', who had sat on the shelf for quite some time, until he met the woman of his dreams, she would fit him completely, and he would be enough for her. Fruit Wedding Cake was looking towards the end of the aisle, her soon to be husband Mr Veuve-Clicquot Rose' his finery, dressed in his dark attire, dinner dressed, top hat, his flower a white rose sitting at the top of his buttonhole. He tasted like Champagne should taste, true class. She would slowly sip his energy, the bubbles of love, were the bubbles of marriage.

Prosecco Brut
This is made in the Veneto region of the North of Italy. He is fresh, very delicate and sensitive. The vineyard is kept to the utmost structure; and the grapes would be harvested when the fruit was at the optimum ripeness. He is balanced, the characteristic aromatic with a refreshing taste. He is the fresh dry fizz with green apple, and peach aroma's, there is a hint of the light delicate citrus notes.
Castle Boglione is close to Turin, with the mountains and the beautiful views of life. The heart of the mountains was the heart of his wine. The mix between this tasty Prosecco and Lemon Sicilian Cake; the tangy lemon cake with the cream of lushness in lemons and almonds, the fresh, exciting, light taste with a hint of Italian pleasure at it's finest.
Castle Boglione is close to Turin, with the mountains and the beautiful views of life. The heart of the mountains was the heart of his wine. The mix between this tasty Prosecco and Lemon Sicilian Cake; the tangy lemon cake with the cream of lushness in lemons and almonds, the fresh, exciting, light taste with a hint of Italian pleasure at it's finest.
With the Lemons in healing, she had the heart of a lady, in touch of her heart and soul, and her hands were there to heal in the touch. The tenderness of these two together would bring the completeness of life. The journey would be informational. The taste of the cream to the taste of the wine is a compliment for sure.
Barolo Riserva
We love to love, and to love a bottle of the best Red Wine is a journey of complete heaven. I have chosen the Italian red, "The Barolo Riserva Nebbiolo" for the journey of the seduction of the soul.. "The Wine of Kings" To the King who enjoys the taste of a decent bottle of wine. This wine is produced in Northern Italy, in the region of Piedmont. It is made from the Nebbiolo grape, and has the harmonies of tar, roses, and it is noted for its ability to age, like a few of us, made from the best, to age with complete joy, and class.
This wine is produced in the cooler area's of Italy. The oak has notes of Vanilla. It does have a rustic tinge as it matures. When subjected to aging at least five years, the Barolo Riserva became the favourite amongst the nobility of Turin, and the ruling house of Savoy, given the rise to the popular description of the Barolo being "The Wine of Kings." Taking a glass of the Barolo in your hand, hold it up to the light, securing the fine pinks, and purples. The aroma is the next journey of seduction, the finest, slowly does it, as this wine has to be enjoyed for itself, not to be compared with others.
The completion of this journey has to be the taste. This is a delicate journey of the finest, leaving just a little on your lips, as the art of the quiet moment when the wine has completed it's journey is to lick your lips, and taste the seductive moments of completeness. On my journey, and my time I have had the pleasure of this wine, and I have placed it with no other than Chocolate Fudge Cake, why not. It's seduction in itself.

In a moment of sheer pleasure, Chocolate Fudge Cake drove into Monaco, her Ferrari, and his Maserati, the pleasure, each moment of Barolo against the delights of Chocolate Fudge Cake became apparent, as the power between the two of them was like the chemistry made from lust, it was not a lasting forever time, it was a moment that left as it had begun, with a heightened pleasure of the seduction.

Devil's Hot Ginger/Chocolate Cake would fill his sexual yearnings. She was a high class prostitute, who had been manipulated into a career that she wasn't sure of. This wine has the most fantastic taste, it's mellow, fine, smooth, and rejuvenating. The joys of the mixture of the Wine, and Cake is something I loved in research. This wine has the most beautiful colour, the wines in France flow like the joys of the mountainous springs, the waters of life. The Champagne's are the best, and the red wines are to be tasted on a bright summers day, or by an open fire with love.
Chocolate Cake speaks for itself, a touch of Ginger brings the slight hotness to the chocolate. Each pleasant spoonful comes with a distinct taste of addiction. Enjoy the joy's of the forever love of the cake regardless of the flavour. Mixing this cake with red wine is a pleasure in itself.
Pic Saint Loup
Pic Saint Loup; A fine taste for sure, this wine lives in the Languedoc Rousillon of France set at the foot of the ruins of Chateau de Montferrand. It is in the Pic Saint Loup area close to the Winery Les Coteauex de Pic. The red wine he had become, the prepared cuvee expresses all the character of Appellation Optenu, in this traditional mixtures of Syrah, and Grenache. It is high in oak, and this wine presents a complexity of aroma's of garrigue, to the nose there is a hint of vanilla. To the taste it is long in structure, with round and soft tannin's, the spices, vanilla and oak leaving a wild taste behind just to enjoy.
Madeleine and Pic Saint Loup; Could become the French Classic couple if they chose to do so, a combination of sweet delight, with a hint of French spice that could be bland, but in the daylight of life the couple brought together in taste, would surpass most relationships that stay in boredom.
A long flowing white dress that captured the sun through the sheerness of the linen, it showed the lines of her body, the innocence of youth, but not the innocence of youth, but the cake to capture. While she walked along the shores of the beach to see what would flow towards her. She had the smoothness of the buttery taste, and the bitter sweetness in the hint of the citrus fruit. Watching her as she walked through the shallow waves, the wine that would present himself to capture her if he could was Pic Saint Loup.

The White of all White's. I wonder which is the best. I find White Wine quite unpalatable. So I will find the best there is. Perhaps on the next journey it will be shown to me. The Whites I normally taste are the Prosecco's, Champagne's, and the Sparkling Wine. This has to be different from the Fizz. It has to taste divine. My next journey is the White Wine of France, Italy, Spain or even Portugal. Further afield is a must in my quest of the best.
This is a Spanish version of the Cava Wine. It does have a beauty about it. Crisp, dry, and refined. Northern Spain does produce some quality in it's wine, I am the worst when it comes to White Wine, I haven't found a wine that has a taste that I can continue drinking the glass that has been offered to me.
I met my neighbour from the borders of Belgium, and France, who was an avid Champagne drinker, and she ask me to try a glass of this wine. You will not be disappointed, as it's simple, it's refined, and it has the quality to go with any food on a Summers Day. Anna Codorniu

In my Book Sex Indifferent ... Wine & Cake ... The cake of choice for me was the Easter Simnel Cake. The Cake that had the Spice connection of love of the Easter Time. She had all the Spice, and Fruitiness of Life, knowing her was knowing that life would have the same effect every year.
He was the Spanish Premium Cava, he was the taste of Smart Bubbles. He was the Distinct taste of Citrus notes, combining the Tropical Fruit Flavours together, with the aroma, and the subtle taste of brioche from oak aging barrels. Being the white bottle of distinction. The essence of vivaciousness, freshness, and fruitiness, the wine making of the elite, he knew what held the palate. The sun in Catalan made him the eye to catch, the bubbles to reach. He came from the Catalan area, a far better place to come from, select, and divinely created. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay. Barcelona region is the place to start this wonderful journey into this divinely tasting wine. A taste of the beauty of Catalan.
